Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

SECTION 6 – RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

We maintain a strict policy regarding returns and replacements:

6.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged due to our error

  • A complete and clear unboxing video is provided as proof

No return requests will be accepted without an unboxing video.

6.2 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only (no refunds) in the following cases:

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Wrong color delivered

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

6.3 Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

6.4 Claim Process

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Customers must submit order details and unboxing video

  • Approval is subject to verification
