7. UNBOXING VIDEO (IMPORTANT)

  • Customers are required to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.

  • This video is mandatory for any claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

8. FAILED DELIVERY

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • Any re-delivery or re-shipping will be chargeable.
